Experience
While working on both my master's and bachelor's degrees I was a teaching assistant for a variety of engineering and science courses. Previously I have tutored algebra and pre-algerba with a tutoring agency. In high school I scored well on several Advanced Placement exams: U.S. Government and Politics, U.S. History, English Language and Composition, European History, and Environmental Science. I happily tutor all levels from grade school through college. Additionally I spent three summers working with grade school children in an outdoor setting. And one summer working for university summer youth programs. I enjoy sharing knowledge and making learning fun for people of all ages. I believe that every person can achieve great things, sometimes they just need a little extra help along the way.

Most of all I enjoy being outside: snowshoeing, camping, and backpacking. But at the same time I am happy to curl up with a book. I pride myself on being punctual and professional.
